4″ diameter Chestnut bowl with bark inclusions
The bark inclusion on the side of this bowl looks like scorch marks to me, though this piece has remained safe from any flames. This little bowl would be great on your dresser, for your rings or earrings. It would also be perfect for nuts or other small snacks.
The wood for this bowl came from a tree in my front yard.
